Terms of Service

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions for using the Skins HUNTER service, accessible at cs2skins-hunter.com, as well as the rights and obligations of users.

By using the service, the user accepts these ToS without reservation.

Article 2 - Service Description

Skins HUNTER is an information and alert service that allows users to:

  • Receive alerts on CS2 skin arbitrage opportunities
  • Compare prices between different marketplaces
  • Identify potential profit opportunities
  • Access a community of traders

Important:

Skins HUNTER is exclusively an information service. We do not sell skins, we do not buy skins, and we do not carry out any transactions on behalf of users. All transactions are made directly by users on third-party marketplaces.

Article 3 - Access to the Service

3.1 Registration

Access to the service requires creating a user account. Registration can be done via:

  • A Discord account
  • A Steam account
  • An email address and password

3.2 Available Plans

Two plans are available:

  • Free: Free access with limited features (deals from $5 to $25, 30-45% profit)
  • Premium: Monthly subscription at $10 with full access (deals up to $200+, 25-60%+ profit)

Article 4 - Premium Subscription

4.1 Price and Payment

The Premium subscription is billed monthly at $10. Payment is secure and processed by our provider Stripe.

4.2 Renewal

The subscription is automatically renewed each month. The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their management area.

4.3 Termination

In case of termination, the user retains Premium access until the end of the already paid period. No pro-rata refund is made.

Article 5 - User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • Not share their Premium access with third parties
  • Use the service in accordance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to bypass the technical limitations of the service
  • Respect the Discord community rules

Article 6 - Support and Tickets

6.1 Support System

Skins HUNTER provides a ticket system allowing logged-in users to:

  • Request technical help (Support)
  • Report bugs or malfunctions
  • Suggest features (Feature Request)
  • Submit marketing partnership requests

6.2 Ticket System Usage

The user agrees to:

  • Use the ticket system responsibly and respectfully
  • Provide clear and accurate information in their requests
  • Not create abusive or repetitive tickets
  • Not use the system for spam or harassment purposes

6.3 Marketing Partnerships

Content creators with an audience of at least 1,000 followers can submit a partnership request via the ticket system.

Approved partners benefit from:

  • A 20% commission on each generated subscription
  • A personalized referral code

MINER'S HUB reserves the right to accept or reject any partnership request without having to justify its decision.

6.4 Exchange Retention

Messages exchanged via the ticket system are retained to ensure follow-up and quality of support. This data is processed in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy.

Article 7 - Limitation of Liability

7.1 Skins HUNTER provides information for informational purposes only. The alerts and opportunities presented do not constitute financial or investment advice.

7.2 The user is solely responsible for their buying and selling decisions on third-party marketplaces. MINER'S HUB cannot be held responsible for financial losses resulting from the use of the service.

7.3 Price information may be delayed or inaccurate due to market fluctuations. The user should always verify prices directly on marketplaces before any transaction.

7.4 MINER'S HUB does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service.

Article 8 - Trading Risks

Risk Warning:

CS2 skin trading involves risks. Skin prices can fluctuate rapidly and unpredictably. It is possible to lose all or part of your investment.

The user acknowledges being informed of these risks and agrees to assume them fully. It is recommended to only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the service (texts, images, logos, source code, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of MINER'S HUB. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 10 - Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by ourPrivacy Policy.

Article 11 - ToS Modifications

MINER'S HUB reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of modifications by email or notification on the site. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

Article 12 - Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
